Prompt delivery during peak times :

Assuming your payment has went through properly then you should not expect to wait over 10-30 min, and often within just a few minutes , This excludes level jobs or orders require further verification.

(if you sent an eCheck we cannot process it until it's Cleared)

Delivery method :
You will receive an email with password and account name for your mule account usually within 10-30 min after we receive payment . Our track order system can help your track order status and mule account without log in your email box . Please remember that your items will only be available when order status show completed . we cannot help you with in game transfer prior to this .

Make sure your Paypal email address is a working email, and that you don't have any spam filters blocking our emails .

Larger Paypal Orders :

Large orders received via PayPal may need to be verfied before delivery by talking to the account holder on the phone. Due to the high volume of fraud we have encountered, we reserve the right to refund any payment for any reason.

Overdue Orders :

If you have not received your order within the 1 hour time frame, please use our track order system track your order status , and make sure the payment "paid" , order status "completed" , if order status "process" it`s mean we are still working on your order . After finish we will send the mule information , or you can contact our live help .

In game transfer:
If you've received a delivery email from us or your order status show "completed" , and you want help transferring your order in game , feel free contact our live help . we are happily meet you online to help transfer your order. we will need your Item/Product Number or Receipt Number ready.
