| How long does it take for my payment made via Paypal to be processed? |
| If you are using E-Check, the process will take up to 4 business days due to clearance process. |
| If you are using Credit Card/ Paypal account balance, the process is almost immediate and delivery will be done as soon as Paypal alerts us with regards to your payment. We will then do the delivery soon as we have verified all your details. |

| What’s an E-check payment and what if I paid with E- check? |
| A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Pay pal. E-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, it usually takes around 3-5 business days to clear while Pay pal verifies the funds presented within the senders’ accounts. We’ll continue to deal with your order once money is clear and transferred. |

| How do I avoid sending an e-check? |
| An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order. To confirm your payment type, just before placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: "choose more funding options". By clicking this link you may determine which option is currently selected for your payment, and what payment options your account supports. |

| If you have mistakenly sent a pending e-check, you may log onto our Live Help to request for a cancellation. If you wish to receive an instant delivery, you may place the order with a valid credit card. | Do you accept debit cards? |
| If the debit or checking card has a holographic signature on it, they are generally accepted. If the card is not a Visa or MasterCard, it may not be accepted. |

| We do offer the option to pay using a credit card besides of PayPal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to PayPal you will be presented with an option to pay with your PayPal account or an independent credit card.
